Orders and Billing Specialist
The Orders and Billing Specialist role plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and billing activities. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to streamline order-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities:

●Process and manage billing and orders efficiently and accurately.
●Utilize billing and order management software to maintain records and generate reports.
●Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
●Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
●Analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies.
●Monitor sales tax calculation, reviewing for accuracy on invoices.
●Other accounting/finance projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
●Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
●Previous experience in billing, order management, or a related field is a plus.
●Proficiency in using billing and order management software.
●Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
●Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
●Clear written and verbal communication skills.
●Strong organizational and time management skills.
●Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
●Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
●Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
●Adaptable and willing to learn and grow within the role.
