Watermark Insights is building its Order Management team globally to support our growth. 

We are looking for highly motivated and talented people who will be responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient processing of customer contracts, 

booking our orders as per Watermark policies and provisioning of our product offerings for customers.

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for closing and provisioning customer orders and ensuring the data quality in our systems of record. 

You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, interpreting the commercial terms, and making judgments as to the bookability of the order within the guidelines of the company’s booking policy.

 You will be expected to be able to articulate and debate the decisions made as necessary with the sales organization.

As an Order Management Specialist, you will also facilitate the provisioning and delivery of customer subscriptions and products. Additionally, a portion of your time may be spent responding to Customer 

Success, Sales, Finance, or Legal regarding the status of customers, their provisioning, and other miscellaneous items.

This role is very process-oriented. The ideal candidate would possess an appreciation for the procedure with the ability to recognize areas for improvement and efficiency. 

You must be able to work in a team environment and be self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving skills. 

You will have the opportunity to get involved in project work related to order processing and accuracy, system improvements, and data quality initiatives. In doing so, you will directly contribute to the company’s business outcomes.

In addition, the individual in this role will serve as a data steward, ensuring all of our customers, contact, opportunity, and subscription information are accurate and reportable.

Position Deliverables

• Develop a strong understanding of Watermark’s business model and booking policy.

• Learn how to use the systems involved in order booking and product provisioning, ensuring you understand the implications of each step.

• Understand Watermark’s licensing model and product provisioning

• Participate in the deal checking process, validating all orders are complete and opportunity records are free from error.

• Robust understanding of our order management process with the ability to book new/add-on subscription, renewal, and service orders.

Required Experience

• 1+ years’ customer order management or sales support experience

• Extreme attention to detail

 Salesforce experience preferred

• Flexibility to work Eastern Standard Time or additional hours as needed for month/quarter-end

• Demonstrated initiative to proactively identify issues and develop solutions for them

• Self-starter, able to work independently

• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to professionally articulate with Sales reps and Internal Customers

• Ability to deliver high-quality work consistently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

• Familiarity with calculating key metrics such as Annual Contract Value (ACV) in Excel required.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
